Babies adjust to new tastes slowly and you need to introduce foods into their diet repeatedly till they realise they have no choice and give it a try once again.
Introduce different textures slowly. Initially start with purees or opt for soups. Other forms of solids should be introduced slowly. Let your baby get messy during mealtimes. Let the baby explore the foods the way he wants to. Let him smash, sniff and play with the food.

Experiment with colourful fruits and vegetables. Kids are attracted to colours and they will eat foods that look attractive. Introduce finger foods to your baby. Allow him to eat the food by himself and avoid force feeding. Do not threaten your baby to eat. Bribing babies is also a complete no. Try to have meals as a family so that the baby learns good and healthy eating habits from you.
