Hello My baby is now 1year 4 months old, my breasts have shrinked after 4-5 months of the delivery(C-section) even smaller than my before pregnancy size and now are almost flat. I am not feeding my baby for a long time. please suggest what to do

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see once you stop breastfeeding there is smaller size of breast.its normal only ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
