Hello, my baby is 8 months old. While passing the stool he has to put a lot of pressure. His face becomes completely red. Is it normal?

See this kind of a situation in most commonly seen when the child died is suffering with constipation or having a very hard motion because they really have to put in a lot of pressure and due to that discomfort the face becomes red which is not good for the child because they are very troubled so you figure out the reason what is there out of the two and then you can consult the doctor for
