Hello, My baby is 3 months and have developed rashes on his hands and legs. Is this eczema? Doc has prescribed cetaphil restoraderm moisturiser and desowen AF lotion. As it is steroid cream, is it safe to apply for 3 month old?

Rashmi KulkarniMom of 2 children2 days agoA. My baby had the same problem. I didn't massage or apply lotion for a few days. I used to clean my body daily with lukewarm water and Johnson's Baby soap and apply coconut oil only . After 6-7 days, I started using Johnson's Baby lotion and since then, my baby hasn't had any problems. this lotion and soap makes the baby's skin healthy.
