red rashes appear on my baby's hands legs and disappear after one day... and again continue that rashes on hands and legs... what was it

It’s Mostly heat rashes which are spreading I am going away so it would be better for you to keep your child into most of the cool temperature in atmosphere most of the times that would be the right thing to go for other than that you can start applying calamine lotion otherwise consult your paediatrician
