Hello my baby is 21 months old.suddenly this morning her hands and legs are having rashes. what could be the reason? and what are the remedies

it might be some skin allergy.
look what you feed your child.
apply calamine lotion on her affected skin, it will help to sooth skin rashes.
keep good hygien
