hello.. my baby is 2.3 years old. since last one month while bathing his hands are looking different as attached in photo..can anyone please help to understand what is this and what should i do for this.

A. hi you need to limit your child bath time it should not be more than 10 minutes please prefer baby friendly skin care products like Babyhug brand skin care products for your child
