Generally babies start speaking words by one-one and half year old responses to simple commands like asking basic needs with 1-2 words, giving eye contact, responding to name... As far you have mentioned baby is responding but if you found that baby not responding to name, not giving eye contact, repeating only 5-10 words consult developmental pediatrician for assessment.
