A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as feverd before 5 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away. get the childd vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem

A. hi frequent cold and Cough infection Indicates that a child is having allergy to something like dust or pollen etc or having low immunity so please get it checked for once give Citrus Fruits like apple, pomegranate, Amala, strawberry etc more which will help to build strong immunity of child. give homemade healthy food keep your child well hydrated give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder, daily in morning. give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
