why my daughter frequently have cold n cough...she is 1yr4 months

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives uimedicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and thhe dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it may be due to weak immune system and please give baby tulsi drops and giloy juice for few months and it will improve baby immune system.
