hello my baby boy is now 3year old n weight is 13kg today I saw a some white like pimple on pennis ..inside foreskin I have attached photo ... please tell me what is this should I go to the hospital for that .

A. it wl be better to visit the doctor.. you can use coconut oil to treat.. some rashes pimples appear and disappear on its own without any attention take care..
