So small meals can meet the calorie requirements. Also nuts and oilseeds will help meet vitamins and minerals which are responsible for inducing hunger. Practise time table where she has dedicated time for meals.

You can give all family foods to your baby. Include more protein rich foods into your child's diet. Give whole milk for your baby twice a day. Include dairy products, legumes, fish,egg, meat etc.
