hello My baby boy is 9 month old his legs have got these red spots I m.already applying aloe vera lotion may I know it is bcoz of what reason any suggestions?

Hi If you would have posted a picture along with the query it would have been really a great help but since I am unable to see anything so I would just advise you if the cream that you are applying is not helping as of now then you can start applying calamine lotion
