Hello my baby 6month 26days old she have red rashes and small small pimples in her lips side corner. I attached my baby affected area photo please tell me what i use to reduce the rashes or any home remedies

A. This is drool rash. This is because of too much saliva causing wet skin. Apply a gentle barrier cream such as petroleum jelly to the affected areas. Consult a doctor before using anything on the baby. Drooling can be due to teething. Massage her gums gently with a cold and clean washcloth. Give her a solid and cold but not frozen teething ring to chew on. Avoid harsh soaps, laundry detergents and scented lotions. Use a mild soap with low pH value like that in Syndet bar or Sebamed Baby Bathing Bar. Use lotions or creams with natural ingredients and no chemicals like Mamaearth Baby Lotion.
