#asktheexperts my baby after skin..in cheeks area..he has small small pimples around cheeks..it spread all over face.. below i attached pimples photo

Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
