My son is having small pimples like rashes near mouth and nose area.

You should avoid applying oil on babies skin for next few days and always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. Still you baby doesn’t get relief then in such case you have to consult with your doctor about it.
