hello... My 7th month just started....I have gestationaldiabetes and I'm on metformin.....I'm not gaining the required weight...last month I had covid and I lost 2 kg due to it....is weight gain a concern.....what if I don't gain the required weight.....my weight at the start of pregnancy was 63 kg..

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello mom keep urself well hydrated and do not stay empty stomach for long keep a check on the sugar levels and consult the doctor timely also have good proteins in the diet and avoid juices and excess of fruits...take proper diet chart as per the requirements
