Hi, I m 35 weeks pregnant. I am not gaining much weight as required. which foods to be included in my diet to increase my weight? I m 51 kgs ryt now.

A. Hello mam, you may include food such as dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes , seasonal fruits and vegetables, cereals and millets , have just and extra roti or a katorie of vegetable curry or dal in your diet , eggs , milk etc
