hello my 3 year son's vit d is very low ...its in deficiency...it 40 nmol/l ..dr prescribed vit d 60k once a week should i give it or not

A. Ifyes Of course you should be giving it to the child when your doctor has prescribed it and your child is already loan vitamin D then of course you sure and also keep your child in the sun for at least half an hour to 40 minutes so that your child’s body is going to absorb good amount of vitamin D that way
