Hi, I am a breastfeeding mom. My baby is 1 year old. Can i take 60000 iu of vitamin d tablet once a week. I am vit d deficient. Is cap. Airacal 60k safe to take?

You can take it you can take it under any brand that is your choice and this is the best to be taken you should take it for three months once in a week after that check your vitamin D levels and if needed then you continue as per doctors advice otherwise once in a month after that also you can take to maintain proper vitamin D levels
