hello my 3 year old daughter have autistic features. i' very sad about her. she has ubnormal behaviours such as clapping, moving fingers in front of her face, unreasoble laughing, what I've to do, we're giving occupational therapy and speech therapy for last 3 months. but no development. no sign for urine and motion, I'm always worried about her. please tell me suggestion as soon as possible.
