#AskTheExpert hello my 3 year daughter have autistic features we've already giving last 3 months occupational and speech therapy at home because of lockdown, but no development. my doubt is could we try ayurveda treatment along with the above therapies or no need ayurveda treatment or try to homeopathy treatment. please tell me suggestion as soon as possible.

meanwhile you can give some Ayurvedic supplements also that will keep in building a stronger immune system that will help combating the infections which are common
