Hello my 3.5 year old has heavy breathing when she sleeps and also snores at times...Doc did mention that her chest is clear but should i be concerned???

A. you have to just give nasal sa line drops and you can go for steam inhalation and this will help in decreasing the problem and take a regular follow up
