A. hi ji ,hormonal changes k karan aesa hota he to kai bar stress k karan ya fir work load k karan periods early aa jate he magar fir bhi ek bar please apne gynec se jrur mile taki wo aapki health ki janch kr k jo bhi sahi treatment he wo suggest kre
