Hello moms, My baby has got 2-3 boils on his hands are these heat boils? What should i apply

Currently you can apply calamine lotion but I don’t think so their heat was are more or less looking like allergy or infection that is there so currently you can apply this but you should definitely get a check done with your doctor for better clarity on this
