Hello moms, i am travelling out of India next week. my daughter is 5 yr old and very peculiar about eating. what are the good food that can be carried along

A. Hello mom fruits would be ideal, also it would rather be good that you talk to the child about it , as tell them that it would be difficult if they tend to be choosy ,prepare them . Set a small reward or activity they are looking forward to . You can carry , dry fruits and nuts , bread , vegetable soups , fresh fruit juices , roti roll , sandwich , rice if possible , roasted Makhanas , Bengal gram ,
