Q.

hello Mommies, my baby 18 months old keeps running & playing while eating & lands up throwing the complete meal out. anyone else who had similar incidents. if yes what do you do ?

A. it's normal. involve in some play then feed your child. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing

A. Hi there.. Kids at this age become very active and love running and jumping all over. But, food intake if proper and in smaller quantity should not be thrown up. Sometimes, the food combination is Wrong, eg., milk followed by orange juice or any other Citrus fruit. Also, most kids at this age don't chew food properly, only gulp it down..so it takes more time to digest., and if they jerk due to sudden jump/running then food is prone to spilling out.. so I suggest smaller portions at more intervals and semi-solid or smaller bite size mouthful portions. Try noticing when he spills food, if there is any specific cause. If these are not the cause, hen you should consult your pediac.

A. Its A common habit of kids running around it eating but yet if your child is vomiting every now and then then that is not Got It that’s mostly due to indigestion in this case I’m going to advise you to consult your paediatrician ones Dilip be able to give a better guidance on this
