Hello Mom of 16month old baby girl I stopped breastfeeding But she refuses to take bottle or cow milk Is milk necessary or I can give her other alternative food to balance

A. Straw sipper would be a good choice for you to use along with that you should give more of dairy products in this age that is going to be quite healthier for your child to consume that’s going to help in giving other things you can give milkshake or a smoothie instead of plain milk
