Hello meri delivery c section se huyi hai ...on 1 Jan n mene back p steam ni li jada ..so is it necessary ki 2 months back p steam lu..ni liya toh kuch side effects ni hote na jese back pain n all..

A. not not at all. see these ate add on things not necessarily to be fone. rest, eating well abs taking iron and calcium as thats more vutal than all tgese ok
