Hlo doctor, In olden days, normal delivery women's are taking too hot water bath n fire steam for whole body for 1 n half to 2 months knw,bt nw few r saying c section women's are nt necessary to take too hot water becoz aftr few yrs we ll get wrinkles n nt to take fire steam becoz it affects stitches .. so clarify me abt dis scientifically doctor.

even steam is also not required
these practices have no scientific basis and does not cause early recovery
