hello meri daughter 1 year and 3 months ki hai but vo kaafi weak hai but active hai.. she does not eat much and gets disturbed alot at night. she wakes up after every hour which disturbs me too. what to do?

A. I think you need to start and multivitamin and iron supplement and that’s going to be helpful for you in the current situation and with that only the appetite of the child is going to get better and the situation is that going to change
