advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity according t to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements ffrom this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor

U You try to work upon different varieties and recipes for the child because sometimes when you give similar kind of food the child gets bored so fixed timing for the mails like three or four times in a day rest of the times you should offer proper food only to the child
