A. if it occurs specially in this month then most probably it is due to winter. As temperature increases your baby's problem resolved itself.

A. Could be due to some meditation into the eyes so clean the eyes regularly with warm water at least every 3 to 4 hours till if you see problem is persistent then in that case you can get it checked with your doctor but right now this is a good option for you
