A. Hi.pareshan math hona.boys waist hi hothe.14months age is very playful.khana peene Mai Mann nahi jathe.agar apka beta paani nai peeraha tho alag se ek Acha sa sipper cup laake baby ko Pani usme pilaana. asking baby ki favorite colour ya Favorite cartoon wala sipper.aise karne se baby ko Pani peena interesting lagta. din Mei ek Acha sa drinking time banake baby ko uss time par Pani Dena wo bhi Kam quantity. dheere se aadat ho Jaye GA. iss age me babies raath ko ache se nahi sothe .Agar wo raat me nai so raha tjo ek kaam karna.pehle din Mei wo kiss time Mei sothe aur Kitna Ghanta note karna.afternoon sleep ki time Kam karna.aur sham ko 5 ke baad nai sulaana.sham me baby ko games Mei involve karlijiye ya kuch Samay tak tv Mei educational games ya walking etc.8 baje tak nahana or khana hojana.aise karne se day time sleeping Kam hojayega aur raat me ache se sojayega.Trust me try this.Iam a nutritionist and parenting counselor. A. Age less than 1 year: keep giving formula or breast milk. You can also try ORS (such as Pedialyte). Age more than 1 year: offer chocolate or regular milk, fruit drinks, juice or water. You can also try popsicles.
