hello mera baby 3year ka hain kl khelte hue use chot lag gyi forhead p use swelling ho gyi thi uske baad use beech beech m vomiting hui 4-5times kya yh koi serious prblm toh nhi hain na?

Keep an ice pack on to the area where swelling has appeared it is going to help in settling down also your child has vomited 4 to 5 times even after getting hurt them there could be a chance of internal injury on the forehead only better get it checked with your doctor one time
