Hello mera 7weeks 1day pregnant hu. But mujhe abhi tak vomiting nahi ho rahi or bas kabhi kabhi nausea feel hota hai and light dizziness rehti hai kabhi kabhi breast tenderness bhi bahut jyada nahi hai halka hi hai kya symptoms normal hai abhi k lie?mera 6weeks mai sonography hui thi but usme heart beat nahi aai ab 26 ko wapis hai bahut dar lag raha hai.

A. Hello dear parent, pregnant hone se vomitting hona zaruri nai hoti. Bhot ladies ko pregnancy me vomitting nahi aati. Toh Isme koi tension wali baat nahi hai. Good luck and take care
