ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. dear mum, ideally you should continue to breastfeed till 2 years. breastfeeding should be stopped gradually so as to make it less stressful for you and your baby. reduce the frequency of feeds and increase the quantity of top food. The night time feeding should be the last feeding to be stopped.
