ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, breastfeeding should be stopped gradually so that it is less stressful for you and your child. Start with reducing one breastfeed during the day and increase the quantity of top food. The night time feeding should be the last feed to be stopped. However, you should continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
