hello mam/sir mujhe puchna hai mere bete ko 2 years and 5 month complete ho jayenge toh aajkal wo kaan pr hath mar rha hai aur jor jor se awaz krne lg ja rha hai.... aur sar sar bhi aajkal garm hai toh plz suggest kre

A. hello mum baby sir hyperactive at this age they need more and more water so please continue giving water after every feed and in between of the water is important during the summer season na baby must need buttermilk coconut water ragi malt and normal water or some other choices to serve well and make sure your satisfy your baby to avoid this hyperactive things
