hello mam/sir, iam pregnant with 2months, and I had 3.2 years boy child, now iam suffering with fever since 3 days n dr suggested me cefixime 200 mg bd 5 days along with rantac,dolo 650, cefixime is it safe during pregnancy please clarify my doubt

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hello dear m, though it's not clear that cefoxime is safe during pregnancy. as studies reveals. tell your doctor that you are pregnant, so that they can prescribed accordingly.
