hello mam pehle mere periods 🔴 regular 28 days ki cycle thi ab jabse meri delivery hui hai tab se 33 days ki cycle ho gayi hai pehle bleeding 3 days hoti hai phir 2 and is baar 2 day hi hui is that normal... kya koi medicine hai ya mujhe koi test karwana padega please suggest

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them. if needed consult
