Hello Mam, My wife is 37 week pregnant. All reports are ok but except LFT AND bile acid. Bile acid: 26.6 Sgot and sgpt : approx 200 Doctor suggests to make delivery 2 week before the 9th month complete. What you suggest please?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 months agoA. If the bile acids are high then it comes under intrahepatic cholestasis and it can be detrimental to the baby: So kindly follow whatever your doctor as advised and go ahead with it
