hello mam, my tummy fat is not gone after 1yr3month of my ceaserioan delivery...pls suggest ..

A. To reduce fat around stomach after delivery, include protein and fiber rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling, running and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning daily.
