hello mam , my son doesn't take proper meal. I am worried about his health

yes ,it is almost common complaint from all mothers.
but mam ,if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight (7.5 to 9kg ) , Achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it much.
just give Healthy diet.
give few sips of water before half an hour of meal time which help to boost your child metabolism.
avoid giving sugary food items before meal.
encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry
