Hello mam,,my second daughter is 9 months old and when she is 6 months my gallbladder surgery Hoi aur c section v huwa ...abb Mari health bhuth kharab hai specially my hair I totally lost my hair...weekness,,joint pain ,, feeling teight ...what should I do ...plz suggest some home ramadies or supplement any.

A. iska jaanch aur Karan pata karni hogi Jaise blood test urin test ka pata chalega iska Karan kya ho sakta hai to aapko doctor supplement se iron de sakte hain ok
