hello mam...my daughter is 11 months old...she easily catch up cold....n can't walk it own...n even looks very weak....I am very tensed what should I do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ok sinarest AF drops to the baby cfCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time

Keep your baby's nasal passages clear with a rubber-bulb syringe. ...Try nasal saline drops. ...Moisten the air.You'll naturally want to calm your baby's symptoms. But don't give over-the-counter cough and cold medicines to infants and toddlers. These products don't work well in kids under 6 years, and they can cause dangerous side effects in young children. The FDA advises against using them at all in children younger than 4.If your baby has a cold with no complications, it should resolve within 10 to 14 days. Most colds are simply a nuisance. But it's important to take your baby's signs and symptoms seriously. If symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, it's time to talk to your doctor.Colds. Contact your health care provider if your baby has a cold that interferes with his or her breathing, has symptoms that last longer than 10 days, has ear pain, or has a cough that lasts more than one week.Look for over-the-counter saline drops or sprays, or make your own: Stir a half-teaspoon of table salt into a cup of warm water. Lay your little one on their back, and use a dropper to put two or three drops into each nostril. Wipe away any mucus, or use a bulb syringe or nasal aspirator to suction it out.
