Q.

hello mam,my baby is now 1 year,my baby daily Routine is is wake up at 7:30 and i give her lukwarm water and at 8 clock i give her 125 ml milk,then at 9:30 i give her beakfast and after at 10 she take a bath,then she play with her own for one hour and then at 12 she have her snack then sleep and wake up at 3clock then she have another meal at 3 then she play outside and then she at 5:30 she have her snack and later 7:30 or 8 clock she have her last meal dinner and she sleep at 10:30 and midnight she wakeup around 4clock and i give her 180 ml and but still now she is not gaining weight,her birthweigt was 2.75 now her weight is 8.5 kg till and my baby eat proply her food what i give and i dont no how much quatity should i give to baby two full cup of meal that is enough or more should i increase the quantity of food to my baby

A. hi , do not worry it is absolutely ok around one year baby should be at least triple of birth weight.. give variety of food to your baby and increase protein in her diet give paneer egg Tofu different sprouts lentils and weight gaining fruits like Banana chikoo custard apple..suji sheera, halwa multigrain laddu are good for weight gain..give plenty of water to drink and make sure baby is physically active..
