hello mam, meri beti bahut jyada kamjor hai aur vah schooling bhi karti hai uske liye kya ham Karen jisse uski health acchi ho jaaye. na kuchh khana khati hai subah mein jab uthate Hain breakfast mein kuchh bhi nahin khati Ho usko vomiting hoti hai

A. start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. try preparing some new healthy recipes

Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
