hello mam, mai ek c - section patient hu, mera 6 mnth hone me 5 din baki h, Or aj subha ko maine 3km hatna chalu kiya, isse koi paresani to ni hogi?

A. no, Have 4 to 5 meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet. Fresh fruits, dairy products. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

A. hi if you feel physically fit and well then as such no need to worry. but avoid harsh exercises. take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet maintain good hydration.
