hello mam...Is it effective to wear postpartum belt after 5 months of delivery? my tummy still looking like a 8month pregnant women.

to reduce belly fat.. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system.
Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, do walk daily fir some time

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Now it is of no use should be worn immediatel after your delivery that keeps your tummy in place but now it is of going to be no use of of now go ahead with proper work out to lose on to your weight with a proper work out and exercise only
